She is dedicated to ongoing training in relational, cognitive-behavioral, and other evidence-based treatments ensuring that her approach is rooted in sound scientific research while aligning with the values of clients who are religiously committed. Additionally, she is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) by the International Association of EMDR.
