APPOINTMENTS & SERVICES
Initial Intake Evaluation
Your clinician will first meet with you to conduct a psychological intake evaluation, where we will listen to your concerns, discuss your history, and collaborate to develop a plan for your treatment.
Sessions will be 50 minutes in length and will occur weekly or bi-weekly.
You will be an active collaborator in your treatment and you may have homework to complete between sessions. You and your clinician will evaluate your progress periodically and work to accomplish your treatment goals as quickly as possible, often within 10 to 20 sessions.
Couples or Family Sessions
At times it may be helpful to involve your spouse or family members in your sessions.
If you are interested in this option, you can discuss this with Dr. Denley or Ms. Davis in advance.
Therapeutic Support Groups
From time to time, our clinicians offer therapeutic support groups that allow you to connect with others who are facing similar challenges, like infertility or postpartum adjustment.
Of course, participation in support groups and other treatment modalities is always optional.
Speaking & Training Events
Our clinicians are available to speak to your community or church group on a variety of topics including:
Coping with anxiety and depression
Postpartum and post-adoption self-care
The secret challenges of infertility
The role of attachment in faith, love and parenting
